He released 35 lbs of fat in 90 Days


"July 1st starts month 4 of my weight loss journey. My initial goal was to just lose 20 pounds. I started at 218 pounds and 25% body fat. I told my trainer; " I just want to get down to 195". Well after 3 months of nutritional cleansing, eating right and having him kick my ass, I blew that 195 pounds away and I can enthusiastically say that I am now down to 183 pounds and 17.5% body fat. Larry Wasserman, thanks so much for all you have done for me. It has been awesome working with you on this journey.

I absolutely love your boot camp class!

 

I absolutely love your boot camp class! I’m not new to the “fitness scene” and I have to say that you are the most knowledgeable trainer I’ve worked with. I love the variety of exercises. My fellow boot campers made it all worthwhile. I have a lot of fun sweating and working out with them. Many people are intimidated by the term “boot camp” because they’re afraid they cannot keep up. Since we were all at various fitness levels, I really like how you explained each exercise with each variation to accommodate each of us. In fact, I’ve been telling everyone about this fabulous class and I’m hoping to grab a few more “recruits”. - Caroline Tong

In four months I’ve dropped 40 pounds!

 

I started working with Larry as a private training client in May. Larry saw my wedding day portrait and asked how much I weighed then.
